Lead a strategic account in the South West region, specifically Albuquerque, New Mexico, within the Packaging & Hygiene division.

Responsibilities:
Lead the local team to provide sales and service programs to customers.
Service existing and new accounts, including on-site analysis, troubleshooting, and inspection.
Design and install feed and delivery systems, and manage service functions related to sales and maintenance of company product lines.
Establish business plans with goals and objectives for sales and profits for new and existing business.
Provide customers with timely service reports.
Communicate mill requirements and opportunities.
Provide attention to customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
Monitor product and service quality and address issues.
Resolve customer concerns to their satisfaction.
Maintain sales information systems and expense reporting systems accurately and timely.
Attend appropriate industry conferences and assigned company meetings.
Develop technical and sales skills by participating in and completing company-approved training programs.
