Вимоги

Попередній досвід в сфері рекрутингу - не обо'язковий.

Англійська мова на рівні B2 і вище (переважна більшість вакансій — для іноземних клієнтів).

Знання інших іноземних мов буде перевагою.

Впевнене володіння ПК.

Високий рівень самоорганізації та ефективний тайм-менеджмент.

Уважність до деталей, відповідальність.

Креативний підхід і орієнтація на результат.

Обов’язки

Повний цикл рекрутингу для позицій різного рівня та напрямів.

Активний сорсинг кандидатів через job-платформи, соціальні мережі та альтернативні канали.

Проведення первинних скринінгів і комунікація з кандидатами на всіх етапах процесу.

Координація інтерв’ю та супровід кандидатів до етапу найму.

Робота з великими обсягами інформації та ведення рекрутингової документації.
