We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to be the driving force of our outbound engine in our highest-priority new territory, Southern Europe. This is a high-impact role to own our outbound motion across Spain, Italy, and Portugal and build a strong pipeline for Southern Europe.

Own the top of funnel outreach campaigns that build up our sales pipeline
Collaborate with Marketing to identify, nurture & contact the most likely prospects
Map those key prospects in terms of companies, people, positions, etcβ¦
Develop personalized messaging that makes people want to talk to you
Run LinkedIn invites, InMail, emails, calls, whatever it takes to build contacts with trust
Represent our company, products, services and culture with customers
Support Nomagic presence in industry trade fairs and marketing events
Proactively suggest improvements in our funnel activities to increase conversion rate
What skills weβd like you to have:
Drive, ability to listen and ask questions
Experience in business development or marketing is a strong plus
Experience in warehouse/logistics sector a strong plus
Summit climber. You are self driven, have high motivation and ambitions
Native or near-native Spanish or Italian; business-fluent English
Ability to work in a fast-changing startup environment
Experience with automated sales, incorporating AI while keeping a high level of personal touch.
Experience with HubSpot is a plus
