About Us

We are a fast-growing marketing saas platform helping businesses scale through paid advertising, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships. We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, manage, and grow our affiliate network.

Position Overview

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and activating affiliates, influencers, and referral partners. This role requires strong outreach, relationship-building, and performance management skills to drive consistent growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new affiliates, influencers, and referral partners.

  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

  • Onboard and train affiliates on our programs and offers.

  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.

  • Track affiliate performance and optimize results.

  • Develop strategies to increase affiliate activation and sales.

  • Maintain affiliate databases and reporting systems.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve partner success.



Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems.

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Marketing agency experience.

  • Influencer marketing experience.

  • Partnership or business development experience.

  • Experience recruiting affiliates in the US market.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of affiliates recruited.

  • Affiliate activation rate.

  • Revenue generated through affiliate channels.

  • Influencer and partner onboarding targets.

  • Monthly growth of affiliate network.

Commission Structure

  • Bonus for each qualified affiliate onboarded.

  • Additional commission for activated affiliates generating revenue.
