本ポジションでは母子手帳アプリ「母子モ」を軸とした「子育てDX」サービスの開発リーダーとして、以下の業務をお任せします。

要件定義、基本設計～リリースまでの一連の開発工程リード
不具合調査・原因分析・改善のリード
ステークホルダー（企画、システム運用等）との調整
スケジュール管理、スコープ管理、タスク管理、進捗管理、品質管理

Requirements

＜必須スキル＞

Webアプリケーション開発の実務経験（3年以上）
開発リーダー、またはサブリーダーとしてのプロジェクト推進経験
要件定義～リリースまでの一連の開発工程の理解
サーバサイドでC#/Reactのいずれかの経験
API/DB/インフラ構成の基本理解
外部ベンダーまたは複数チームとのコミュニケーション能力
バグ調査・課題管理などの品質管理経験

SRE観点の改善（品質・パフォーマンス・安定稼働）経験
複数の開発チームとの協働経験
