Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

The Change Management Specialist will support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on improving healthcare delivery through the implementation of information management and technology solutions. The consultant will lead organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness assessments, change impact analysis, risk identification, communications planning, and user adoption strategies. Working closely with senior leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders, the resource will develop and execute change management plans, provide communications coaching, and drive successful adoption of new systems and processes. Responsibilities also include designing and delivering training materials, developing curriculum for workflow and process changes, supporting standardized clinical transformation initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations, and ensuring effective implementation of Altera Sunrise solutions within clinical environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing stakeholder readiness, minimizing resistance to change, and achieving desired business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.





Requirements

  • Valid ProSci ADKAR Change Management Certification (mandatory; proof required)
  • 10+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting Information Technology implementations
  • Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, risk identification, and change management planning
  • Experience leading OCM activities in a healthcare environment
  • 5+ years of experience developing communication strategies and providing coaching to senior leadership
  • 2+ years of experience performing OCM for implementation of standardized clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training materials, curriculum, and adoption programs for workflow and process changes
  • Experience supporting large, complex organizations, including environments with 1,000+ employees
  • 2+ years of experience providing change management support for Altera Sunrise suite implementations in a clinical environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, and user adoption expertise
  • Availability to work remotely from within Canada for the entire contract duration
