Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die operative Exzellenz sowie den Erfolg unserer Partnerschaften an der Schnittstelle zwischen klassischem Banking und Digital Assets:

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und Partner und übernimmst die professionelle und lösungsorientierte Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen über unser Ticketsystem und stellst reibungslose operative Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft sicher

  • Du unterstützt aktiv beim On- und Offboarding institutioneller Kunden und Partner, begleitest und steuerst strategische Kundenprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem COO und Head of Operations.

  • Du übernimmst die Durchführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse für die Kryptowertpapierregisterführung sowie die Kryptowertpapierverwahrung.

  • Du führst die operativen Prozesse & Aufgaben im Bereich Partner Management / Customer Success Management aus und unterstützt bei der Optimierung. 

  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. DORA) und begleitest uns bei BaFin-Erlaubnisverfahren und internen/externen Prüfungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Business Operations oder Projektmanagement bei Finanzinstituten 
  • Du bringst ein grundsätzliches Verständnis und hohes Interesse für Digital Assets und Blockchain-Technologien mit.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Prozessaffinität und ein ausgeprägtes Compliance-Mindset mit. 
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und ein pragmatisches Umsetzungsvermögen. Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und komplexe Prozesse präzise von Anfang bis Ende zu steuern.
  • Du bist stark im Beziehungsaufbau, handelst empathisch und kannst auch gegenüber anspruchsvollen, professionellen Kunden sicher und lösungsorientiert auftreten.
  • Du bringst gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit und hast echtes Interesse an DLT-Trends und die Motivation, dich stetig in einem hochdynamischen Marktumfeld weiterzuentwickeln. 
  • Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
