Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibilities of a Qualified Person according to §14 of the Medicines Act (AMG).
  • Monitor EU-GMP status as well as the manufacturing and testing of medicines.
  • Handle batch market releases and maintain the ongoing release register.
  • Conduct internal and external audits and act as a point of contact for authorities and customers.

DEIN PROFIL

DU KANNST DICH MIT DEINEN EIGENEN FEDERN SCHMÜCKEN, INSBESONDERE MIT:
  • Einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Pharmazie-Studium.
  • Einem Gutachten nach §15 AMG und Anerkennung als Sachkundige Person durch eine staatliche Behörde.
  • Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in der Herstellung oder Prüfung von Arzneimitteln.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Betäubungsmittelverantwortlicher.

  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Kompetenzen zur Problemlösung.  
  • Du plusterst dich nicht auf, wenn es darum geht Aufgaben zu übernehmen, die nicht direkt mit deiner Position zusammenhängen, weil dein Team deine Hilfe braucht.    
  • Mit deinen fließenden Englisch- und Deutschkenntnissen zwitscherst du ohne Probleme drauf los und kommunizierst erfolgreich mit dem Team.

DEINE AUFGABEN

FÜR UNS UND UNSERE KUNDEN NIMMST DU DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN ALS QP IM STURZFLUG IN ANGRIFF:     
  • Du nimmst die Verantwortungen einer Qualified Person gemäß §14 des Arzneimittelgesetzes (AMG) wahr. 
  • Du überwachst den EU-GMP-Status sowie die Herstellung und Prüfung von Arzneimitteln – mit Adleraugen auf den entsprechenden Richtlinien, wie der Marktzulassung, dem AMG, der AMWHV und den EU-GMP-Richtlinien. 
  • Mit deinem scharfen Blick kümmerst du dich um die Marktfreigaben von Chargen vor dem Inverkehrbringen, pflegst das laufende Freigaberegister und erstellst die jährlichen PQRs.    
  • Du übernimmst die Aufgaben des Betäubungsmittelverantwortlichen. 
  • Du krallst dir die die Genehmigung von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsmaßnahmen. 
  • Du führst wachsam interne und externe Audits durch. 
  • Du agierst als Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Kunden. 
  • Deine Beratung und Unterstützung in allen pharmazeutischen und arzneimittelrechtlichen Fragen verleiht deinen Kollegen und unseren Kunden Flügel.
