What makes you a great fit

Must-Have

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping software products

• Proven track record of taking features from idea to launch and iterating based on results

• Strong ability to gather, prioritize, and clearly define product requirements

• Comfortable working closely with engineering and design throughout the development cycle

• Data-informed: uses metrics and user feedback to guide decisions

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with B2B / SaaS products

• Familiarity with the technical side of software development

• Experience with analytics and experimentation tools

• Background in UX or design thinking

Your day-to-day in this position

• Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to turn customer needs and business goals into a clear roadmap
• Own features end-to-end, from discovery and defining requirements through prioritization, execution, and measuring impact after launch
• Make hard prioritization calls, and keep everyone aligned on what we are building and why
