About you:
 

You’re an experienced digital marketer with a passion for creating high-performing websites that deliver great customer experiences and commercial results. You understand the principles of search engine optimisation (SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user experience (UX), and you know how to turn data into meaningful actions.
 

You’re comfortable leading website improvement initiatives, challenging existing ways of working, and influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices. You can communicate technical concepts clearly and work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
 

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Drive lead generation by improving user journeys and creating best-in-class experiences across our commercial websites, with a strong focus on increasing onsite conversions.

  • Analyse website performance data and provide recommendations to the Digital Product Owner on opportunities for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver onsite updates and optimisation initiatives, including content changes, technical enhancements and conversion rate optimisation activities such as A/B testing.

  • Lead SEO initiatives across technical, content and off-page activities, while acting as a key technical partner to the Digital Product Owner to support the ongoing evolution of our digital platforms.
     

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing role, including the delivery of website or technical projects.

  • Hands-on experience using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), with experience of Umbraco being beneficial but not essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate performance insights in a simple and accessible way.
