What you'll be doing?

πŸ”Έ Dive into contracts to spot and extract essential data like a pro detective, ensuring every required field is flawlessly completed.

πŸ”Έ Master the spreadsheets! You'll meticulously enter and update contract details, keeping our data squeaky clean, consistent, and top-tier.

πŸ”Έ Sort and categorize contracts based on type, terms, and the parties involved so finding them later is an absolute breeze.

πŸ”Έ Team up with ContractSafe AI to monitor and double-check data accuracy, making any necessary tweaks to ensure 100% correctness.

πŸ”Έ Whip up cool reports based on the data you've uploaded, giving a major assist to the legal and administrative squads.


About you

🎧 You've got an eagle eye for detailsβ€”super high attention to detail is your superpower, and nothing gets past you!

🎧 Your English communication skills are top-notch (minimum C1 level) so you can easily read, understand, and decode tricky contract texts.

🎧 You're a spreadsheet wizard, totally comfortable and experienced cruising through Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

🎧 You have a solid grasp of legal terminology and contract structures (a legal background is a huge advantage, though not mandatory).

🎧 You're super organized, great at prioritizing tasks, hitting deadlines in a fast-paced vibe, and totally fine working solo or collaborating with a team.

🎧 Bonus points: You have a degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or past experience in contract analysis/data entry within the legal industry. (It's a plus!)

πŸ’° Rate: $1 USD per contract (with a minimum requirement of 1,500 contracts per monthβ€”you do the math! πŸ’Έ)

🀝 B2B Collaboration - Independent Contractor: Project-based until the end of July / first week of August, complete with an evergreen contract for future data extraction gigs!

πŸ• Choose your own time for work! We just need a 3-4 hour overlap with RO time (09:00 - 18:00) for on-demand meetings. (Note: A bit more overlap is needed in your first few days for initial training and questions).
