JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Brand & Growth Manager will play a key role in shaping, managing, and growing the digital presence of multiple brands. This position combines digital marketing, brand management, content strategy, ecommerce management, customer journey optimisation, digital communication, and workflow development related to marketing and customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and leadership team to contribute ideas, challenge thinking, identify opportunities, and help execute initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, customer retention, and business growth. This is not simply an execution role. We are looking for someone who can contribute strategically, take ownership, and become a valued part of the brand's growth journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Contribute to marketing strategy, campaign development, and growth initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and retention

  • Monitor digital performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights

  • Stay current with platform trends, digital marketing innovations, AI developments, and consumer behaviour

  • Assist in building a cohesive digital ecosystem across multiple brands

  • Contribute fresh ideas and recommendations that strengthen brand positioning and customer connection

  • Support growth initiatives across all brands with a focus on customer experience, conversion, and long-term brand value

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Manage and maintain multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts

  • Develop and execute content calendars across all brands

  • Assist with content strategy, planning, copywriting, and campaign execution

  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats

  • Contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement

  • Maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels

  • Support founder-led personal brand content initiatives

  • Monitor trends, cultural shifts, and emerging opportunities relevant to our audience

Website & Ecommerce Management

  • Maintain and update Wix websites

  • Manage and optimise Shopify stores

  • Create and update landing pages, website content, and promotional campaigns

  • Monitor and improve customer journeys and conversion pathways

  • Ensure all digital assets remain current, functional, and aligned with brand standards

EDM, SMS & Customer Communications

  • Develop, create, schedule, and optimise EDM and SMS campaigns

  • Implement, manage, and optimise ManyChat automations and customer journeys

  • Build conversational marketing flows that improve engagement, lead generation, and customer experience

  • Assist with customer nurture sequences and retention initiatives

  • Support product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns

  • Ensure all customer communications reflect the premium positioning of our brands

Digital Systems, Automation & Workflow Optimisation

  • Build and improve workflows directly related to marketing, content production, customer communication, lead generation, ecommerce, reporting, and digital operations

  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across digital platforms

  • Assist in implementing systems that improve marketing execution and customer experience

  • Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and process guides relevant to digital marketing functions

 

Please note: This role focuses on digital marketing, brand development, customer communication, and digital workflows. It is not responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the salon, clinic, or team operations.

 

Brand Development & Customer Experience

  • Help shape and maintain premium brand standards across all digital touchpoints

  • Ensure consistency across Hair, Skin, Makeup, and Founder brands

  • Contribute ideas that strengthen customer connection, loyalty, and brand positioning

  • Support the development of campaigns that build community and long-term customer engagement

  • Assist in creating memorable customer experiences across all digital touchpoints

  • Help ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the quality and values of our brands


Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, brand management, ecommerce, or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media growth strategies

  • Shopify management experience

  • Wix website management experience

  • EDM and SMS marketing experience

  • ManyChat experience

  • Experience using Meta Business Suite

  • Canva proficiency

  • CapCut or equivalent video editing experience

  • Strong Google Workspace skills

  • Experience using Slack and Trello

  • Advanced experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused thinking

HIGHLY REGARDED

  • Experience working with premium, luxury, beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, or service-based brands

  • Experience supporting founder-led or personal brands

  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously

  • Experience with customer journey mapping and optimisation

  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar

  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation

  • Experience building brand ecosystems rather than managing individual channels
