We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation & HRIS Analyst to play a key role in advancing our compensation strategy, programs, and infrastructure. This role has a strong focus on compensation and total rewards, while owning HR systems and analytics with a particular emphasis on ADP Workforce Now.
You will lead and execute core compensation initiatives, including the annual compensation planning cycle, job architecture development, and market benchmarking, while leveraging ADP Workforce Now and analytics tools (including Power BI) to drive data-informed decisions and process improvements.
Areas of Focus:
Compensation & Total Rewards (Primary Focus)
- Lead and execute the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary adjustments
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions, offers, and internal equity
- Conduct market benchmarking and pricing analysis using compensation surveys and external data
- Maintain and manage salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks
- Support and enhance pay equity analysis and internal compensation reviews
- Provide compensation analysis for new hires, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments
- Partner with sales and finance on sales incentive structure and program management of review process
Job Architecture & Compensation Frameworks
- Lead development and implementation of company-wide job architecture, including job families, levels, and career paths
- Aligning job architecture with compensation bands, career progression, and organizational design
- Standardize job descriptions and levelling criteria across the organization
- Ensure consistency and scalability of compensation practices globally
HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) & Compensation Systems
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization
- Manage and maintain all compensation-related data within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Configure and support compensation planning cycles within ADP Workforce Now, including workflows, approvals, and system setup
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards within ADP Workforce Now
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to implement system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to end users
- Drive automation and efficiency in compensation and HR processes leveraging ADP capabilities
People Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain compensation and workforce dashboards using Power BI
- Analyze compensation trends, pay equity data, and workforce metrics to generate insights
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful execution of the annual compensation cycle (accuracy, timeliness, stakeholder satisfaction)
- Development and adoption of job architecture and compensation frameworks
- Accuracy and integrity of compensation data within ADP Workforce Now
- Improved pay equity insights and consistency of compensation decisions
- Increased adoption of analytics tools and reporting for decision-making
You're the right fit if:
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HRIS, or People Analytics roles
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including reporting, configuration, and compensation processes
- Demonstrated experience supporting annual compensation cycles
- Experience with job architecture, job leveling, or salary structures strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI (preferred) or similar tools
- Advanced Excel skills required
