  • Interact directly with client stakeholders at management level
  • Act as evangelist for best design practices inside the company
  • Lead design project teams (3–5 people) and mentor junior and senior designers

  • Actively use AI tools and workflows in day-to-day design work – from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping
  • Understand AI interaction patterns (automation vs. augmentation) and apply them in product design decisions
  • Actively advocate for AI adoption in client projects – identify opportunities where AI creates value and push for integration, even when AI is not yet on the client's radar
  • Act as AI influencer within the team – share learnings, introduce new tools and workflows, and raise AI literacy among colleagues
  • Contribute to thought leadership through internal talks, blog posts or community participation

You are a good match if you have:

  • 8–12 years of experience in UX/Product Design, ideally in a digital consulting or agency environment
  • T-shaped profile – deep UX expertise with solid understanding of UI, Research, Service Design and tech context
  • Proven experience leading design teams and delivering complex digital products

  • Demonstrated AI fluency – active use of AI-augmented design workflows and understanding of AI-powered product patterns
  • Understanding of dual-track agile software delivery

  • Excellent English (C1)
  • University degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
  • Client-facing confidence – able to present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on mentality with pragmatic, impact-driven attitude
  • Pragmatic over dogmatic – adapts methods to context instead of forcing context into methods
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a »Here to Help« mindset
  • Generalist curiosity – interest in business, technology and adjacent design disciplines
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing project contexts
