Job description

Linehub is a collective of specialised, performance-driven marketing organisations. One of those labels is Daisycon, one of Europe's leading affiliate marketing networks. We are trusted by thousands of advertisers and publishers. We combine proven technology, local market expertise and an international network to help brands grow through performance marketing. In Norway, we already have a solid foundation of advertisers, publishers and partnerships in place, creating a strong platform for further growth.

As we continue to expand across the Nordics, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the Norwegian market.

This is a true new business role. We are not looking for someone who wants to explore whether sales is the right fit. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in commercial roles who knows how to build pipelines, open doors and close deals. As the Norwegian business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on a broader commercial role in the future and help further develop the Norwegian market.

You will work remotely from Norway while collaborating closely with our Nordic Sales Team and Partner Management Team. Together, you'll help grow Daisycon's advertiser portfolio and strengthen our position in the Nordic market.

As a Business Development Manager

You are responsible for driving new business growth in Norway. Your focus is on identifying, approaching and converting new advertisers. Through activities like cold calling, outbound sequences, networking, events and your own commercial creativity, you build a strong pipeline and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Concretely, this means you will:

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, outbound campaigns and networking

  • Use tools such as HubSpot and Amplemarket to manage prospecting activities

  • Conduct commercial meetings and negotiate partnerships

  • Translate advertiser challenges into affiliate marketing solutions

  • Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process after a deal is signed

  • Monitor market developments and identify new commercial opportunities

  • Contribute to Daisycon's continued growth strategy in Norway

What we offer

Quite important: A competitive salary, depending on your experience and background, an attractive individual bonus scheme and profit sharing.

Opportunities for growth and personal development

You’ll receive an annual personal training budget and unlimited access to the Linehub Academy. This will help you continue to grow, both professionally and personally.

Making an impact with your own ideas

You’ll be given plenty of freedom and responsibility. Ideas and initiatives are taken seriously and can be implemented at both national and international levels.

Focus on people and culture

We actively invest in building connections within our teams, with initiatives both online and offline to foster collaboration, fun and engagement.

A strong start

Every person is different, as is every process. That’s why you’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and we’ll teach you how to work with the methodologies we use, so that you can quickly get to work independently and with confidence.

Your team

You will be part of Daisycon's Nordic commercial team and work closely with experienced colleagues in Denmark and Finland.

Your primary collaboration will be with the Nordic HQ in Aarhus. Together, you will ensure that new advertisers are successfully onboarded and positioned for growth.

Although this is a remote role, we believe in staying connected. During onboarding, you will spend your first week at our office in Aarhus, Denmark. After that, we expect you to visit the Aarhus office approximately three to four times per year.
