Additional ServiceNow certification (exam passed) (such as CAD, CIS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
Foundational or advanced knowledge of JavaScript, with a willingness to apply and expand these skills in practical scenarios.
