We are looking for a CRM Analyst to drive and elevate our analytical expertise within the CRM domain. In this role, you will support key strategic initiatives aimed at user retention, optimizing communication channels, and boosting the overall efficiency of our CRM activities.

This position is ideal for someone who loves diving deep into data, uncovering actionable insights, evaluating CRM mechanics, and actively fostering a data-driven decision-making culture across the team.

Hard Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in data analytics, specifically within CRM, Marketing, or Product environments.

  • SQL Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets.

  • BI Tools: Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using BI platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).

  • Customer Analytics: Solid track record in analyzing user behavior, customer journeys, and key product metrics.

  • CRM Metrics: Deep understanding of CRM performance, user engagement, and retention indicators ($Retention\ Rate$, $Churn$, $LTV$, $Cohort\ Analysis$).

  • Big Data: Experience working comfortably with large-scale, high-volume datasets.

  • Experimentation: Strong grasp of statistical methods and best practices for setting up, executing, and evaluating A/B tests.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

    • Exceptional systematic and analytical thinking to break down complex issues.

    • High level of independence, responsibility, and ability to thrive with ambiguous or loosely defined tasks.
