Job description
Role: Zoom CX SME Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 8+months Work Hours: EST Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in USA)
Primary objectives: Build a proof of concept (POC) in Zoom CX, which demonstrates/proves the following:
-Validate integrations with backend applications.
-Validate interoperability with Teams.
-Demonstrate Zoom Contact Center capabilities.
Zoom CX certification with extensive integration experience required.
Focus on. Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA)
Expanded self-service automation
Additional AI-driven customer experience enhancements
Success in POC would mean project for migration to Zoom CX
