Senior Full Stack Technical Lead – Cloud & AI Solutions

Position Summary

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Senior Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-based applications and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep technical expertise across full-stack development, cloud architecture, microservices, and emerging AI technologies.

 This role will be responsible for guiding development teams, defining technical architecture, driving best practices, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and have hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, modern web technologies, and AI Agent frameworks.

 

  Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineering teams.
• Design and implement scalable enterprise architectures using cloud-native technologies.
• Lead the development of full-stack applications utilizing React, Next.js, and .NET technologies.
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Design and optimize data solutions using SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and enforce software development standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives across Azure and AWS environments.
• Drive innovation through the implementation of AI-powered solutions and AI Agents.
• Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Support Agile Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend strategic technology improvements.

 

  Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or team lead roles.
• Strong Full Stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures.
• Experience leading distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
