Job description

At Payter, we are pioneers in unmanned, contactless payment solutions. Our terminals are never stand-alone, they are deeply integrated into our customers' existing infrastructure. Because every environment is unique, success in this role relies on a deep understanding of our clients technical needs.

We are looking for an Accountmanager to build enduring, trust-based relationships within a dedicated portfolio. You will act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our internal teams, working closely with Integrations, Product Development, and Support to ensure our technology performs perfectly in the field. Beyond maintaining high-level partnerships, you will actively identify new sales avenues and provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include

  • Lead all customer account matters within your portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact and as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership value.

  • Collaborate closely with the Integration Team to design and deploy bespoke payment solutions that seamlessly fit our customers' unique infrastructure.

  • Master the Payter product portfolio, staying eager to learn our hardware, software processes, and internal workflows to provide expert guidance.

  • Drive growth within your territory by identifying up-selling opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to maximize value.

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring technical objectives are met while proactively handling challenging client requests or escalations.

  • Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics, clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
