About Our Family

We are a warm family living in Westfield, New Jersey, with a toddler and another child arriving this summer. We value a calm, organized, and thoughtfully managed home that allows us to stay present with our family and focused on our work while easing the everyday demands of household tasks. Both parents work from home with occasional travel and are hoping to create more ease in daily life so there’s more time and energy for the things that matter most

Our home is structured to balance professional responsibilities with quality family moments. We enjoy spending time engaging with our toddler and value having support that helps the household run smoothly. From meal prep and laundry to managing household supplies and light organization, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of these responsibilities and ensure that the home functions efficiently every day.

The ideal candidate will help maintain a calm and well-ordered home, anticipate household needs, and proactively manage tasks to create a seamless environment. By taking care of behind-the-scenes details, you will allow the family to enjoy more meaningful time together, focus on work, and navigate daily life with confidence that everything is organized and running well. We are seeking a partner who is reliable, attentive, and professional, someone who can blend into our household as a consistent and supportive presence while respecting boundaries.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You are a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with experience managing household operations and providing family support. You bring a calm, professional, and steady presence to the home. You communicate clearly, follow instructions, and respect professional boundaries while being adaptable to the evolving needs of a busy household. You are dependable and flexible, able to provide occasional back-up childcare, and have confidence to manage household logistics independently. Above all, you take satisfaction in helping a family feel supported and organized.

You are reliable with your schedule, able to cover regular hours and occasional evening or weekend support. You take pride in being a trusted partner who helps the family maintain structure and ease in their daily life. Your goal is to allow the household to function smoothly so the family can focus more fully on their priorities and enjoy greater peace of mind at home.
