About Our Family

We're a busy professional couple who both work from home in Miami. Our household includes our affectionate dog and cat. We value efficiency, independence, and positive energy in our home. We appreciate someone who can move through tasks with minimal interruption to us while we are working, bringing a friendly but professional presence. We've started building the systems that work for our home and are looking for someone who can help maintain them while also bringing their own organizational expertise. Our home runs best when there's clear communication at the start of each week, followed by confident, independent execution. We're looking for a true partner in keeping our household running smoothly.

Who You Are

You're upbeat, a self starter, detail-oriented professional who thrives on creating order and maintaining routine. You follow instructions carefully, especially when it comes to tasks like laundry care, but you also know when to problem-solve on your own. You bring genuine energy without being overly chatty, respecting the nature of our work environment. You're an excellent communicator who checks in proactively but doesn't need constant direction once routines are established. You're someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, every time.

You have a love for animals, the same way that we care for our dog and cat. Meal prepping based on simple recipes is something you are comfortable with. If you have experience and are comfortable using AI, that is a plus. You have reliable transportation to our home and are comfortable to use other transportation services to run small errands. It is key that a smoke-free environment is kept.
