As a Travel Consultant with German and English, you’ll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. What You’ll Do  

  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) 

  • Educate customers on travel options including air, road, rail, and accommodations 

  • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Amadeus. Training will be provided 

  • Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements 

  • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests   

  • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

What We’re Looking For   

  • 0.5 years of experience working in a call center 
     

  • Professional communication (written and verbal) in both German and English

  • Computer and application skills, including Microsoft applications and internet browsing 

  • Understanding of math applications, including percentages and taxes 

  • Passion for excellence in client service and attention to detail 

  • Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information  

  • Resolving customer issues quickly and independently and with supplier  

  • Teamwork and openness to feedback  

 

Our Traveler Care unit is a 24/7 operation. In this role, the working hours are from Monday to Friday within two shifts: 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, following the German holiday calendar.

We provide a 2-months training. The first and the last week takes place in our office in Warsaw (accommodation and transport fee will be covered by the company).

The role is fully remote in Poland - must reside in Poland.
