About the role

We look for an Executor. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining our tech talent pipeline. You’ll work with our recruitment to identify, engage and attract high-quality engineering talent across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, understands tech roles, and values quality over volume.

🇺🇦 The role is based in Ukraine with flexibility for remote work.

What you’ll do

  • Full Recruitment cycle for Tech candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
