Position: Sales Consultant
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$90/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the tools and workflows you use daily, including Slack, Teams, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Design multi-step tasks that challenge frontier AI agents by navigating multiple apps, files, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other account executives and enterprise sales experts to design environments and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
  • Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for enterprise-sales agent benchmarks.
  • Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking, directly informing how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of full-time account-executive or B2B enterprise-sales experience carrying a quota.
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close.
  • Strong analytical thinking and writing, able to translate sales workflows into structured task specs.

Preferred

  • Background in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales, strategic or named-account sales, field sales, inside sales, or solutions-led selling.
  • Experience in new-logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, channel, partner, or co-sell motions.

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor, paid on an effective hourly rate.
