Job description

Role: Content Designer (Executer)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6+months (potentially long-term)
Work Hours: EST
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica)

Role Overview
The Content Designer is responsible for executing clear, concise, and user-centered product copy across onboarding experiences.
This role focuses on high-quality microcopy and UX writing, translating strategy into real product experiences while partnering closely with the AI Content Strategist.

You will:

  • Write and ship onboarding content across platforms (ServiceNow/Workday)
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all user touchpoints
  • Support early-stage AI experiences by testing and refining content outputs

Key Responsibilities
1. UX Writing & Product Copy
  • Write and maintain product copy, including:
    • UI microcopy (labels, tooltips, errors, confirmations)
    • Emails and notifications
    • Task flows and onboarding steps
  • Ensure consistency across channels and user states
2. Content Execution & Iteration
  • Ship content quickly and iterate based on feedback and product signals
  • Apply established content frameworks and guidelines
  • Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases
3. Collaboration & Documentation
  • Partner with Content Strategist, Product Designers, and PMs
  • Document patterns and reusable content approaches
  • Contribute to lightweight style guides and content standards
4. AI Content Support
  • Test and refine AI-generated content outputs
  • Flag issues related to tone, clarity, and edge cases
  • Contribute example content for AI training and prompting

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years in UX writing or content design (product-focused)
  • Portfolio required (must include product UX writing samples such as onboarding flows, UI microcopy, or system messages)

  • Strong writing speed and adaptability in fast-moving environments
  • Experience working within established frameworks and guidelines

Nice-to-Have
