Are you a proactive, creative, and highly organised Marketing Virtual Assistant looking for a long-term opportunity with a purpose-driven business?
We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic VA to support a growing wellness brand specialising in yoga, sound healing, Reiki, and holistic wellbeing services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, content creation, and business administration, and wants to grow alongside an expanding business.

About the Role
Initially, you'll support the day-to-day marketing and administrative functions of the business, helping to streamline operations and increase engagement with clients. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and play a key role in the development and launch of professional training programmer in Reiki and Sound Healing.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
● Create social media graphics and promotional materials using Canva
● Assist with social media content planning and scheduling
● Draft and send email campaigns using Mailchimp
● Support the development of nurture sequences and email automation
● Assist with content creation for newsletters, blogs, and marketing campaigns
● Research marketing opportunities and suggest improvements to existing processes

Website Management
● Update website content and event listings via Squarespace
● Ensure website information remains accurate and current 
 
Administration
● Basic data entry and record keeping
● Assist with expense tracking and spreadsheet management
● General administrative support as required

Skills & Experience Required
Essential (Nice to have)
  • Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong Canva skills
  • Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

  • Desirable (Must - Have)
  • Experience with Squarespace
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy
  • Experience creating email automation and nurture campaigns
  • Interest in wellness, yoga, holistic health, or personal development
  • Graphic design or content creation experience
