Finance & Payroll Administrator

A highly reputable professional transport service requires a suitably experienced Xero Finance & Payroll Administrator for a full-day, remote position,based in the Johannesburg area for occasional in-person meetings inFourways. 

KeyResponsibilities

·        Maintainaccounting records on Xero up to the preparation of management accounts

·        Debtors’management: actively follow up on outstanding payments from the 7th working dayof each month

·        Payrolladministration: prepare and process monthly salary payments for approximately30 employees

·        Handlestatutory submissions, including PAYE and related filings

·        Generalfinance and administrative support as required

·        Pleasenote: The company is not VAT-registered, therefore VAT-related SARS submissionsare not applicable
