Business Analyst

You will play a key role in analysing our commercial and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring our IT systems effectively support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Analyse and document end-to-end business processes across sales, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications for IT system enhancements and integrations.

  • Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and WMS systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

  • Produce detailed reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.

  • Liaise between commercial, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment on system changes and new initiatives.

  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organisation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or retail.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or TMS (Transport Management Systems).

  • Knowledge of EDI standards and B2B integrations.

  • Familiarity with process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).

  • Business Analysis certification (CBAP or PMI-PBA).
