  • Leveraging your existing network alongside LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and job boards to build a strong, steady pipeline
  • Owning client relationships — understanding hiring needs and delivering candidates who actually fit
  • Managing your own calendar, your own outreach style, and your own approach to closing

Job description

We're a respected legal recruitment firm looking for an experienced attorney recruiter who's ready to work independently, build something on their own schedule, and keep half of what they bring in.

50% Fee Split | 100% Remote | Commission-Based | Independent Contractor

50/50 Split on every placement you close — no caps, no clawbacks on structure, just a straightforward partnership built around your production.

If you've spent years building real relationships with attorneys, partners, and in-house counsel — and you're tired of someone else deciding what that network is worth — this is your seat at the table. You bring the candidates and the client relationships. We bring a respected name in legal search and the freedom to work however you work best.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in law, business, HR, or a related field
