Job description

Are you an estate planning attorney looking for a place where your work genuinely matters — to your clients, your colleagues, and your own career? A well-established regional law firm in Connecticut is welcoming an experienced attorney to join a close-knit, collaborative team.

This isn't a sink-or-swim environment. You'll have real infrastructure, supportive colleagues across practice areas, and a steady stream of meaningful work — advising individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies.

What you'll be doing:

Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents

Guiding clients through estate and trust administration from start to finish

Advising on estate planning strategies, probate matters, and asset protection

Building genuine, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and responsiveness

Collaborating with attorneys across practice areas to serve clients holistically

What we're looking for:

3+ years of estate planning and trust/estate administration experience

Connecticut Bar admission (New York Bar a plus)

Strong drafting and writing skills, with an organized and thoughtful approach

Someone who enjoys working with clients and values being part of a team

What makes this a great fit:

The firm is known for its collegial culture and genuine commitment to work-life balance. You'll have the support to grow your practice without sacrificing the things that matter outside the office. If you're looking for a long-term home where you can do great work for great clients — this is worth a conversation.
