Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-quality web applications. This role requires strong expertise across both frontend and backend development, with a focus on React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver robust solutions while contributing to technical architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET.
• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and database solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following development best practices.
• Perform code reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Contribute to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development practices.

Key Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong frontend and backend expertise.
• Deep experience with React and TypeScript (strict mode), including generics, discriminated unions, hooks, and modern development patterns.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET, including minimal APIs, async/await, Entity Framework Core (or equivalent ORM), and recent .NET versions.
• Strong RDBMS experience, preferably PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex queries, and database migrations.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs, particularly REST services, with an understanding of service contracts and integration best practices.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen reader testing.
• Strong testing discipline with experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Based in Australia with full working rights.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or contributing to design systems, including tokens, primitives, theming, and versioning.
• Experience developing canvas-based, drag-and-drop, or visual editor interfaces using tools such as React Flow, xyflow, or dnd-kit.
• Experience building real-time applications using SignalR, WebSockets, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to workflow or rules engines such as Elsa or Flowable.
• Experience working with event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Experience working within Kubernetes and Helm environments.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot beyond basic autocomplete.
