Job description

Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.

We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.

Why You’ll Love This Role

As our GTM Enablement team continues to scale, we’re looking for a curious, organized, and tech-savvy Enablement Intern to support the systems, content, and workflows that power our go-to-market teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to modern enablement operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, including content management, AI-enabled workflows, onboarding support, and field-facing enablement tools.

You’ll work closely with the Enablement team to support key summer initiatives, including content updates tied to our brand refresh, onboarding improvements, and enablement tooling operations. This is a great opportunity for a current undergraduate student interested in technology, operations, knowledge management, or go-to-market systems to gain real-world experience in a fast-moving environment.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Support the publishing, tagging, maintenance, and QA of enablement content within Seismic
  • Assist with content audits and cleanup efforts tied to company-wide brand refresh initiatives
  • Help manage enablement operational workflows, including Jira requests, onboarding support, and basic troubleshooting for enablement-owned tools
  • Create or update internal documentation, FAQs, and centralized enablement resources
  • Gain exposure to modern enablement technology, including AI roleplay and sales coaching platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Revenue Enablement, Marketing, and Operations while contributing to onboarding and enablement projects
  • Leverage AI tools to do the work and automate the work as efficiently and effectively as possible
