What You'll Do:


We're seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager - GTM Readiness & Adoption to support onboarding, enablement, readiness, and adoption initiatives across our global Go-to-Market (GTM)organization.
 

This role will partner with Revenue Operations, GTM Transformation, Product Marketing, Product Enablement, and business leaders to execute learning experiences, change readiness activities, onboarding programs, communications, and reinforcement plans that help employees successfully adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.
 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about helping teams learn, adapt, and perform at their best.

This role is 100% work from home role within the United States.

Responsibilities:
 

GTM Readiness & Adoption Planning

  • Build readiness, enablement, communication, and reinforcement plans that support adoption of strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Translate launch priorities into role-based learning journeys, manager tools, stakeholder communications, and adoption checkpoints.
  • Partner with GTM Transformation, RevOps, Product Enablement, Product Marketing, and Revenue Leadership to ensure teams are prepared for change.

AI-Enabled Workflow Adoption

  • Enable GTM teams to use AI-assisted workflows across reporting, pipeline inspection, day planning, prioritization, and customer-facing communication.
  • Partner with RevOps and GTM Transformation to embed AI guidance into existing tools, workflows, and enablement moments.
  • Define adoption and effectiveness measures that connect AI usage to productivity, ramp, workflow consistency, and enablement engagement.

Organizational Readiness & Adoption

  • Develop readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, launch criteria, and adoption strategies for major GTM initiatives.
  • Identify adoption risks and organizational barriers, then proactively define mitigation plans.
  • Create role-based reinforcement plans that help employees and managers sustain new behaviors after launch.

Enablement and Learning Experiences

  • Design onboarding and enablement programs using modern learning modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, micro-learning, self-paced, cohort-based, and experiential learning.
  • Align onboarding to competency frameworks, role expectations, and time-to-productivity goals.
  • Use business priorities, learner feedback, and adoption data to continuously improve enablement experiences.

Sustainment & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish reinforcement strategies, leadership checkpoints, feedback loops, and inspection mechanisms that sustain adoption after launch.
  • Monitor initiative health and recommend improvements based on adoption data, stakeholder feedback, and evolving business needs.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, learning and development, onboarding, organizational development, change management, customer success enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, communication, or adoption initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using learning technologies, digital learning tools, or AI-enabled productivity solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution focus.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or geographically distributed GTM organizations.
  • Background in organizational readiness, change management frameworks, or large-scale adoption initiatives.
  • Experience enabling adoption of AI, CRM, sales, customer success, or revenue technology workflows.
  • Strong partnership with GTM Transformation, Product Marketing, Product Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations teams.

The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000-100,00 annual base before bonus structure. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
