Etna Interactive, a digital marketing agency with a 25-year legacy of helping elective healthcare practices grow, is seeking a full-time, fully remote Senior Paid Media Specialist with exceptional communication skills and expertise in paid media strategy and execution. This remote role is open to candidates residing in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.
We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team and drive client success through data-driven paid media campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Client Success, Creative, Sales, and Strategy teams to forecast, develop, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns that deliver measurable results. As an analytical thinker and experienced specialist, you’ll maximize ROI, align campaigns with client goals, and continually innovate to stay ahead in the paid media landscape.
You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive managing multiple accounts with varying budgets. Your technical expertise, combined with a passion for learning, will support our team’s success. Since many of our clients are in the medical field, adaptability and a willingness to learn new industry concepts are essential as you balance complex campaign strategies with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

The estimated salary range for this role is $72,000 - $85,000 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily including the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
