  • Integrate personal and non-work appointments seamlessly around the established work schedule.

  • Audit team time entries within the work system to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Prepare daily or weekly briefings summarizing the upcoming schedule and highlighting necessary call preparation.

  • Compile team payroll hours and draft reports for final approval.

  • Maintain benefits-payable tracking spreadsheets and proactively flag discrepancies.

  • Coordinate and schedule yearly staff performance reviews.

  • Extract evaluation data from various internal systems to assist in review preparation.

  • Oversee and update the master staff schedule to ensure consistent operational coverage.

  • Manage end-to-end travel logistics and itineraries.

  • Provide ad-hoc assistance with coordinating personal appointments as requested.
