Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings.
  
• Develop detailed interior and exterior scenes using industry-standard techniques.
  
• Produce realistic lighting, materials, textures, and compositions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and visual objectives.
  
• Optimize rendering workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
  
• Review and revise visual assets based on feedback.
  
• Maintain consistency across multiple projects and deliverables.
  
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while meeting quality standards.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English.
  
• Stay informed on emerging visualization trends, rendering techniques, and software updates.
  

Requirements

• Professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural visualization, CGI, or related fields.
  
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max.
  
• Experience creating renderings using Corona Renderer.
  
• Advanced understanding of lighting, texturing, shading, and composition.
  
• Ability to create highly realistic visual outputs.
  
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Highly proactive and self-motivated work style.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  
• Results-oriented and analytical approach to work.
  

Qualifications

• Experience working on hospitality, architecture, real estate, or commercial visualization projects is highly valued.
  
• Understanding of visualization pipelines and rendering optimization techniques.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic rendering capabilities.
  
• Experience collaborating with international teams is a plus.
