Company is expanding its annotation capacity to support a growing workload of structured-data and video labeling. We are looking for a detail-driven, reliable Data Annotator. The technical bar is modest, but precision, consistency, and the ability to follow annotation guidelines exactly are essential. You will work largely independently while staying in close communication with the team.


Requirements

Must-have skills:

  • Basic Python β€” able to run scripts, execute provided tools/notebooks, and troubleshoot minor local environment issues independently (weight 35%)
  • SQL basics β€” comfortable writing and running simple queries (PostgreSQL / MySQL) for data validation and lookups (weight 25%)
  • Structured data handling β€” confident working with JSON/CSV and structured datasets; able to follow annotation guidelines precisely and consistently (weight 25%)
  • Git / GitHub basics β€” clone, pull, commit, handle simple merge conflicts (weight 15%)

Nice-to-have skills:

  • API / tooling familiarity (Postman / Swagger, reading API responses)
  • QA / testing background (manual or automation)
  • ISTQB or similar certification
  • English working proficiency
