Job description

Job Opening: Head of Recruitment

Location: Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall recruitment strategy and operations for ReWorks Solutions to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
  • Oversee the recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners when necessary.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position ReWorks Solutions as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
