Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be formally employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you’ll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: We operate within the building products and architectural solutions industry, partnering with architects, designers, builders, and contractors to deliver high-quality products that enhance both the performance and aesthetics of commercial spaces. Our focus is on providing innovative solutions that support the creation of functional, visually impactful, and sustainable environments.

We work across a wide range of projects, offering expertise in acoustic performance, interior architectural elements, and specialised building materials. By combining technical knowledge with a collaborative approach, we help clients navigate complex project requirements from the early design stages through to installation and project completion.

The Sales Coordinator is a central support role within the sales team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. You will act as the key link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments, managing documentation, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate information. • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Confident preparing quotations, documentation, and sales-related correspondence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
  • Experience within the manufacturing or construction industries would be advantageous, but is not essential
