We’re seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in the LatAm and European regions. This person will drive and refine our recruitment strategies while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across all seniority levels, including AI/ML, Sales, Data, DevOps, UX Design, and more.

The Role

  • Interview candidates across all seniority levels and regions, evaluating technical and soft-skills requirements.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure an efficient, high-quality process.
  • Leverage marketing expertise to develop regional and global recruiting initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on the relevant metrics.
  • Suggest and implement improvements along the entire recruiting process.

Required Hard Skills

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting technical profiles, with proven experience working in the IT industry
  • Strong interviewing and people-managing skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, trends and KPIs to optimize hiring processes
  • Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects, timelines and stakeholders

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills: As a global team we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications
  • CV in English
