We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Facebook Media Buyer to take charge of our paid social strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling, optimizing, and managing high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. If you have a passion for performance marketing, a sharp analytical mind, and a track record of driving high ROAS, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and end-to-end manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve core objectives (including lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness).

  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage advanced Meta audience tools to build highly targeted and optimized campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and custom/lookalike interests.

  • Optimization & Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics ($CPC$, $CPM$, $CPA$, $ROAS$, etc.), swiftly adjusting strategies and budgets to hit KPIs and maximize ROI.

  • Creative & Copy Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to conceptualize compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign goals.

  • Budget Management: Oversee, allocate, and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend distribution to unlock maximum returns while staying within budget.

  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports, translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and team members.

Hard Skills & Experience
  • Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Facebook/Instagram Media Buyer (preferably within a performance marketing agency or a fast-paced product environment).

  • Strong Analytics: Deep understanding of key performance metrics ($CPA$, $CPC$, $CPM$, $ROAS$, Retention) and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Tech Stack: Full command of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Creative Mindset: Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate those data-driven insights into clear, actionable design briefs for the production team.
