Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & environment — set up local dev environment, run the service and tests, get familiar with the main modules and core stores (Postgres, Mongo, Redis, RabbitMQ).

• Small fixes end-to-end — deliver 2–3 minor bugfixes or improvements through the full cycle: branch, tests, code review, green CI, merge.

• One mid-sized feature — own a self-contained feature or refactor across handler + service + storage layers, with a short design note agreed before implementation.

• Quality improvement — pick one concrete pain point (slow query, flaky test, noisy logs, fragile consumer, outdated dependency) and deliver a measurable improvement.

Requirements:

• Python: strong command of the language, typing, packaging, and imports; experience with Python 2 → 3 migration or maintaining both during a transition is a plus.

• Web and APIs: REST / JSON APIs, sessions, authentication (JWT, OAuth-style flows), security and input validation.

• Databases:PostgreSQL + SQLAlchemy (ORM / Core, migrations, transactions, indexes, common query optimizations).

• MongoDB (document modeling, aggregations, replication where applicable).

• Caching and messaging: Redis (sessions, cache, streams as needed);

• Integrations: HTTP clients (requests), AWS usage (e.g. S3 via boto3), idempotency, retries, timeouts.

• Observability: metrics (Prometheus), logging, basic production incident troubleshooting.

• CI/CD: GitLab CI, Docker; deployment concepts on Kubernetes (services, environment variables, health checks).

• Testing: unit / integration testing in Python (project may use nose / legacy harness; pytest-level skills transfer well).

• Must Have: RabbitMQ with reliable publish/consume patterns (Pika or equivalent). AI in software development: Hands-on use of LLMs / AI assistants in the dev workflow: rapid prototyping, refactoring, test generation, API docs - with critical review of outputs (no blind copy-paste).

• Understanding model limitations: hallucinations, data leakage, code licensing; policies on not sending secrets / PII to external services without an approved process.

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code etc. Plus: experience with MCP, agents, or internal tooling to automate team toil (where the team drives such initiatives).
