Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical’s product portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
  • Submit awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate.
  • Analyse contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions.
  • Proactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement.
  • Contribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining our internal processes.
  • Providing support with additional tasks and assisting colleagues across regions, as needed.

Summary of Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-orientated with ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
