Sales & Business Development Representative (Remote)

Base Salary: PHP 40,000 + Uncapped Commission (Potential Earnings: PHP 350,000 – PHP 500,000+)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Prospect and engage founders, business owners, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and business challenges.
  • Present and sell recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and other sales tools to drive business development activities.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and leadership to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably within:

  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM and sales automation platforms.
  • Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing sales playbooks and sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers across multiple countries and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience selling recruitment, staffing, executive search, or HR solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into EMEA and/or APAC markets, including managing prospects across different cultures, business environments, and time zones.
  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with recruitment industry trends and talent acquisition challenges.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: PHP 40,000 per month
