Job description

WHO WE ARE

Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services. We offer solutions and assets across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X and Accenture Song.
We are delivering on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.

Within Accenture, the Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) team supports the development of the firm’s largest and most complex contracts. With a global community of finance professionals, DSP plays a central role in shaping the commercial and financial foundations of major technology engagements across Europe.

THE WORK

As a Senior Specialist in Deal Structuring & Pricing, you will act as the finance lead on individual deals, contributing directly to how large-scale engagements are structured, priced and approved. You will work closely with sales, technology and leadership teams, applying financial expertise in a highly commercial context.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial modelling. Building multi-year P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections for large technology contracts. The models need to reflect the specific cost drivers, pricing structures, and risk profile of each deal.
  • Commercial structuring. Working with sales and technical teams to develop pricing approaches, assess risk and return, and ensure the commercial terms are sound for both Accenture and the client.
  • Financial presentations. Preparing and presenting financial materials for Accenture leadership and, where relevant, for client finance teams. This requires both analytical rigour and the ability to communicate clearly to non-finance audiences.
  • Accounting and risk analysis. Assessing how different deal structures affect the financial statements of both parties - covering areas such as revenue recognition, capital treatment, and cost classification.
  • Deal documentation. Preparing the internal approval materials that set out the financial case for a deal, for review by senior leadership.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Exposure to large, complex and high‑impact deals across Europe from the outset
  • Direct collaboration with senior stakeholders across finance, sales and technology
  • A specialist career path within a global community of over 700 Deal Structuring & Pricing professionals

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 4–7 years of experience in audit, controlling, financial analysis or a related finance function
  • Strong ability to interpret financial statements and understand what they indicate about business performance
  • Experience building financial models and testing underlying assumptions
  • Confidence working with incomplete information and forming well‑reasoned conclusions
  • Ability to explain financial topics clearly to non‑finance audiences
  • Fluency in Polish and English

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • ACCA or CIMA qualification (completed or in progress)
  • Experience in roles with exposure to contract economics, commercial planning or business partnering

Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements. If you believe you possess the necessary skills, even if not meeting every requirement, we wholeheartedly encourage you to submit your application.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Permanent employment contract with competitive remuneration
  • Co‑financing of professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA
  • Dedicated mentor and structured development support
  • Private medical care, life insurance and flexible benefits, including Multisport
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan
