Job description

Job Purpose:

The Client Experience Leader II (CEL II) is a sales professional with an account customer focus for all TD SYNNEX brands. Through coordination and follow through, they are responsible for effective and efficient delivery of the day-to-day customer experience. The CEL is the point person to deliver process excellence and customer service in support of sales and operations organizations for a consistent customer experience. In collaboration with the Client Executive, their efforts are to increase TD SYNNEX’s available wallet share.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison for inbound customer escalations and oversight of inquiries. Leading and providing solutions to customer, supporting vendor environments across all TD SYNNEX brands
  • Collaborates with Client Executives and supporting organizations to provide customer requested reporting and analysis needed to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all brands (e.g. backlog, order history, deal registrations, brand SLA’s, etc.). Should make action plan recommendations to Client Executive based on analysis.
  • Supporting Client Executive in preparing and participating in executive partner engagement meetings and presentations to articulate TD SYNNEX’s value proposition
  • Maintains detailed account profiles for each customer
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategy and identify opportunities where AI can be leveraged to drive automation and efficiencies internally and externally
  • Supports Client Executive in onboarding new business, implementation success, and operational execution of customer. Using proactive approach, consistently follow up as needed with the customer to drive adoption of initiatives.
  • Plays an active and knowledgeable role in executing Client Executive strategy responsible for mix of business, driving profitable growth, deal/pipeline progression and where applicable, RFP and proactive proposal strategy
  • Using influencing skills, ensure timely execution and delivery of quotes and orders by transactional support resources and cross-functional team members across all TD SYNNEX BU’s
  • Coordinates with Client Executive and Vendor Management team to support vendor specialized solutions, alignment, and growth.
  • Coordination of pipeline across sales and vendor management teams
  • Orchestrate and foster relationships within key stakeholders at all levels

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
  • High School Graduate required
  • Bachelor' s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).
