What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients, helping them understand available benefits and providing exceptional service throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
• Assist clients with benefit information, coverage options, and general inquiries
• Build strong relationships through professionalism, communication, and follow-through
• Provide solutions and support while maintaining a positive client experience
• Maintain accurate records and client documentation
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
