What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, email, and other virtual platforms
  • Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support
  • Assist clients with applications and required documentation
  • Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Build strong relationships through consistent communication and service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
