Job description

Driving a comprehensive transformation of the accounting function through automation, reshaping processes to significantly enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the speed of financial reporting while materially reducing manual workload across the team.
Overseeing all aspects of global accounting, from financial management to internal controls, driving continuous enhancement.
Spearheading initiatives to boost operational efficiency, focusing on workflow design and process optimization.
Developing and empowering the accounting team, aligning resources with business needs and fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement within financial processes and systems to maximize efficiency and data accuracy.
Establishing standardized operating procedures and managing critical system integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, Deel, Payhawk) for seamless data flow.
Ensuring the ERP system's adherence to all regional statutory and regulatory requirements through meticulous configuration and localization.
